Praise the lord and pass the ammunition! The plateau is over! This one seems to be, anyway. Stepped on the scale two days ago and it read 470! Couldn’t believe it. I must have weighed myself 5 times. Then I decided not to share it until I could confirm it with another day’s weigh. Yesterday I hopped on the scale and it read 465. So, I’d say we’re heading in the right direction.

I’m still working on the blog. Apparently, in my haste to find a good background theme, along with changing the menus and creating a front page, I haven’t created a blogs page, so the only way for people to access them is from the archives on the side of the page. So, that will hopefully be going up today.

I’m going to try to spend as much time dedicated to this blog, today, as possible. I’d really like to start throwing the link around and driving traffic here soon. I’ve decided this site won’t JUST be about my journey. Anyone can join me.

By the way, I have a new poll going up, just below this. Anyone that wants to participate can. I’m just interested in seeing how the answers turn out.
